PURPOSE: A display driver integrated circuit and an operating method thereof are provided to improve data transfer property by reducing a load of a data line for transmitting data. CONSTITUTION: A display driving circuit and a driving method includes a memory unit(110), logic circuits(130,140,150), and switching units(121,122). The memory unit stores data. The logic circuit receives the read data from the memory through a plurality of data lines and processes the data. The switching unit is arranged on the data lines between the logic circuit and the memory unit and comprises transmission gates corresponding to the data lines.
