PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a multi-layered insulating board is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying a conventional process by injecting a melted PVA resin into a conventional press board. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a multi-layered insulating board comprises the following steps: setting one press board to make a thin plate material, which is on topof an original plate; applying plural sheets of polyurethane resins as an insulating adhesive to laminate plural press boards; and pressuring the plural press boards which are applied with the polyurethane resins for 10~15 minutes while heating and cooling the plural press boards. The multi-layered insulating board is for a structure of electrical insulating objects including a transformer.
