PURPOSE: A film adhering device for a curved surface and a film adhering method using the same are provided to selectively etch or plate the inner surface of a honing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A film adhering device for a curved surface comprises a film feeder(30), a film transfer device(10), a film winding device(9), and a film cutting device(20). The film transfer device transfers a film(35b) supplied from the film feeder to the film winding device. The film winding device winds the transferred film, and attaches the film on an abject. The film cutting device cuts the wound film.
