PURPOSE: An automatic plastic packing device for packing a battery pack used for a cellular phone is provided to consecutively perform processes for packing a battery pack with plastic bag. CONSTITUTION: An automatic plastic packing device for packing a battery pack used for a cellular phone comprises a table(100), a plastic bag feeder(200), a pack inserting part(300), a plastic bag finishing part(400), and an exhaust part(500). The plastic bag is wound in a first roll. A finger pulls the plastic from the first roll in a constant interval. A thermal compression plate fuses and presses the plastic bag. A cutter cuts the plastic bag. A first picker puts the plastic bag on a block of the table. A third pusher discharges the plastic bag to a second conveyor.
