OPTICAL SCANNER

摘要

PURPOSE: An optical scanner is provided to scan an object and collect data showing the shape of object by setting a scan area and scanning an object by setting an optical path changer on a same axis. CONSTITUTION: A vertical driver(300) controls a tilt angle of a measurement mode selector. A memory unit(400) stores an optical scan mode, an image data of an image sensor in a time measurement data and image acquisition mode. An image processor(500) indicates data which it is transmitted from the memory unit by image. A distance measuring unit(600) measures the distance of a target object received from time measurement memory unit. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(700) transmits data processing command in the image processor and distance measuring part.
