摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vehicle hybrid impact absorbing rod is provided, which can improve gas mileage and safety by maximizing the absorption of the side collision energy of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vehicle hybrid impact absorbing rod comprises: a step of forming an internal absorption rod(10a) using a hollow aluminum stick; a step of forming a middle portion absorbing rod(10b) by laminating unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites in the outer circumference of the internal absorption rod; a step of deciding the alignment angle of the unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites; a step of forming an external absorption rod(10c) by laminating the fabrics reinforced composite in the outer circumference of the middle portion absorbing rod; a step of deciding the alignment angle of the fabrics reinforced composite; and a step of joining composites.
