Method for reinforcement of underflooded basement of building includes immersion of piles with driving-in by means of hydro-jack through niches formed in pier of basement through cutting out those with arrangement of grillages in niches. For possibility of decrease of dimension of niches being cut in piers of basement lower than level of underground waters stem of pile is placed out of boundaries of basement, and higher than level of underground waters pile stem is step by step lowered to basement. Reactive forces from hydro-jack pressing are applied to basement through wedge-like mounting pad. After pressing piles to given depth one dismantles mounting pad, hydro-jack and mounting superstructure with installation of the upper section of pile to niche. Opposite heads of piles are fixed in niches through openings provided in walls of basement with tightening. On the niches one fixes to the upper imbedded section of pile support plates to width of niche with concreting grillages at level of faces of walls of basement. Gaps between the support plates and the walls of the niches are calked with solution on expanded cement . |
