An insole with measuring weight for shoes consists of a single-layer or multi-layer container, which in some places has joined upper and lower walls. The container is filled with liquid and is connected with a measuring mechanical sensor or a measuring device, which part is located inside the container. Additionally it has one or two layers of protective material on each outer surface of the container.
