Amperometric multi-bio-sensor for determination of lactate, ethanol and glucose includes electrochemical measuring cell intended for investigation of solution, four amperometric working electrode with active membranes applied to surface of each of those, those consist of ferments of lactatoxidase, alcoholoxidase and glucooxidase selective to lactate, ethanol and glucose, respectively, one working electrode with non-active reference membrane with serum bull albumin, comparison electrode intended for control of potential applied to working electrode and supplementary electrode, and measuring-control module with potentiostate intended for support of given level of potential on electrodes in measuring cell, measurement and transformation to digital form of current informative signals, registration of results obtained and control of process of measurement that performs formation of given feeding voltages and generation of analog and logical control signals for measuring transformers and includes micro-processor controller with respective program support of lower level intended for performing measuring operations, digital processing of signals and data exchange with personal computer. At that working electrodes are connected to respective inputs of potentiostate, information outputs and inputs for control of potentiostat are connected to respective inputs and outputs of measuring-control module that is connected through standard interface to personal computer. |
