PURPOSE: A method for allocating a pilot is provided to uniformly distribute pilots, thereby efficiently performing channel estimation. CONSTITUTION: The first/second pilots are allocated to tones which diagonally face each other among tones located in a corner of the first square(400). The first square includes tones of the first number corresponding to symbols which are the center in the first sub carrier in a horizontal direction. The first square includes all tones at each symbol which is the center in a vertical direction. The third/fourth pilots are allocated to tones which diagonally face each other among tones located in a corner of the second square(404).
