PURPOSE: An ultrasonic humidifier in which air bubbles are formed, and illumination, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to naturally generate oxygen using water and an oxygen generator. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic humidifier in which air bubbles are formed comprises an air generator and a disperser. The ultrasonic humidifier has a mechanical structure, an electronic structure, or a digital structure. And the ultrasonic humidifier has humidification, illumination, and oxygen generation functions. The air generator has color illumination or general illumination. The illumination is applied to the ultrasonic humidifier.
