PURPOSE: A semiconductor device for transmitting a plurality of data flow is provided to efficiently prevent a data collision by performing the transmission and the control of the data flow. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of buffers(110_1 to 110_4) output data flow received from source by buffering. Arbitration units(130_1 to 130_4) control a plurality of buffers to be transmitted to destinations of which data flow output from the each buffer is different. A transmission unit(140) transmits the data flow output from the buffer to a corresponding destination. The arbitration units control a plurality of buffers with destination information which corresponds to the data flow.
