CORE FORMATION FOR NOISE IMPROVEMENT OF TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A core structure for improving the noise of a transformer is provided to reduce vibration and noise by integrating an I core with a bobbin through an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(100) includes an I core(120) and a C core(130). The I core is inserted into a bobbin(110). A core groove(121) is formed on the upper and lower sides of the I core. An adhesive(140) is coated on the core groove before inserting the I core into the bobbin. The adhesive is coated on the core groove before inserting the I core into the bobbin. The I core and the bobbin are integrated with the adhesive. The adhesive agent is made of epoxy or silicon. The C core is arranged on the bobbin.
