PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet protection member and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity, minimize failure rate, protect a waterproof sheet which blocks moisture, and reduce raw material cost. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof sheet protection member(100) is constituted as follows. Vinyl(20) which is longer than 30 micron is thermally compressed and coupled with the upper side of polystyrene foam. Vinyl(30) which is longer than 10 micron is thermally compressed and coupled with the lower side of the polystyrene foam. A transfer paper(50) is coupled with the lower side of the vinyl which is longer than 10 micron and is wound in a shape of a roll.
