PURPOSE: Swelling fluorine mica and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to facilitate a transfer to a synthetic mica through a thermal process in short amount of time at low temperature using Mg and Al raw materials as a Mg-Al hydrotalcite. CONSTITUTION: Swelling fluorine mica and a method of manufacturing thereof shows a composition formula of Nax Mg_6Alx Si_8-x O_20F_4.yH_2O (x=1~4, y=0~10) to process Mg-Al hydrotalcite, sodium, silicon, aluminum compounds with pulverizing and heat-treating. Mg-Al hydrotalcite is showed in a composition formula of (Mg_1x2+Alx3+(OH)2)x+Ax/mm·nH_2O. Mg and Al are in a molar ratio of 6:4~6:1. Ax/mm is an organic acid anion which refers to CO_32-, OH-, NO_3-, Cl-. The water content of the compound is 0~10. The compound of sodium, silicon, and aluminum is selected from the group consisting of NaF, Na2SiF6, AlOOH, Al(OH)3, aluminum isopropoxide, SiO_2, SiO_2 colloid, tetraethoxysilicate, tetramethoxysilicate, and Na_2SiO_3.
