PURPOSE: A press cutting mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the dimension difference between an upper and lower part which are cut. CONSTITUTION: A press cutting mold comprises a base(110), a support part(120), a body part(130) and a cut out part(140). The press cutting mold base material comprises a spring metal plate, a carbon steel sheet and stainless steel. The support part is projected from one side of the base. A support surface(121) is formed on the opposite side of the support part protruding side of the base. The surface of the base in which a support part is formed is prevented with burr.
