<p>PURPOSE: A washing and drying machine is provided to reduce the time, in which a rotating body is stopped, by improving operation of a regenerative brake. CONSTITUTION: A washing and drying machine is composed of a DC power generator, a heat pump, an air circulation route, a first inverter circuit, a rotating tube, a rotating tube motor, a second inverter circuit, a voltage detector, and a brake controller. The DC power generator generates DC power from AC power. The heat pump circulates a refrigerant. The air circulation route circulates air to heat the air in a condenser. The first inverter circuit drives a compressor motor. The rotating tube motor directly drives the rotating tube. The second inverter circuit receives driving power from the DC power generator. The voltage detector detects DC voltage. The brake controller controls the DC voltage by controlling regenerative power generated from the rotating tube motor.</p> |
