PURPOSE: A sanitary napkin having water repellent function is provided, which makes bloodstain or secretion discharged rapidly using the gore-tex pad. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary napkin having water repellent function comprises a sanitary napkin main body(20) which is used in physiology, a cover unit(100), an absorbent member(60), and an adhesive member(120). A pad made of the gore-tex material is attached to the sanitary napkin main body. The gore-tex pad(40) communicates with the menstrual blood absorbent member and is attached to one side of the sanitary napkin.
