PURPOSE: A parking brake apparatus is provided to relieve the collision of in breaking by interlinking an outer gear and an inner gear and installing a shock absorption unit between them. CONSTITUTION: In a parking brake apparatus, an inter gear(74) is installed in an output shaft. An outer gear(72) is combined with the inner gear. A parking sprag(50) receives an operation force of a speed change lever and restrains/ release the out gear.
