PURPOSE: An abrasive cloth with mixed and patterned protrusions and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize frictional force and durability during grinding. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive cloth(10) with mixed and patterned protrusions(12) comprises a flexible base sheet(11) and multiple abrasive protrusions. The abrasive protrusions are printed to a certain mixed pattern on one surface of the flexible base sheet. And the abrasive protrusions are composed of a hardened resin binder(13), first and second abrasive grains(14a,14b). The first abrasive grains are dispersed within the resin binder. The second abrasive grains are protruded from the top surface of the resin binder by electro-deposition.
