PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin is provided to ensure excellent scratch resistance, flame retardancy and glossiness, and to improve performances by selectively adding a thermal stabilizer, antioxidant, photostabilizer, compatibilizer, pigment, dye or inorganic additives. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition with scratch resistance comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, 1-30 parts by weight of a phosphate-based retardant, and 1-30 parts by weight of halogen-based flame retardant. The thermoplastic resin includes 20-70 weight% polycarbonate resin, 20-70 weight% styrene-vinyl cyanide-based copolymer resin, and 1-30 weight% methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer resin.
