FOAM COMPOSITION HAVING SHOCK ABSORPTION AT A VARIETY OF TEMPERATURE RANGE

PURPOSE: A foam composition is provided to ensure inexpensive costs compared with existing foam materials and excellent impact absorption property and to be applicable to various industries such as sports implement and construction products. CONSTITUTION: A foam composition with an impact absorption property comprises a base material and additives. The base material is two kinds of styrene-saturated hydrocarbon-based thermoplastic polymer base material with different glass transition temperature or its blend material. The blended material is obtained by blending at least one or more selected from polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-olefin copolymer, and rubber materials, with the styrene-saturated hydrocarbon-based thermoplastic polymer base material.
