PURPOSE: A vinyl bag uncuffer device is provided to automatically inflate a folded end of a vinyl bag which contains contents. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl bag uncuffer device comprises a screw post(11) and guide posts(12,13). A lower part base panel(15) is installed on the screw post and guide post. The lower part base panel moves up and down with the screw post driven with a motor(14). An upper panel(17) is arranged on top of the lower part base panel. A position controlling device(20) is arranged between the lower part base panel and upper panel. The position controlling device varies the relative location of the upper panel against the lower part base panel. A first uncuffer unit(30) and a second uncuffer unit(40) inflate the folded end of the vinyl bag by pushing up to lift the vinyl bag.
