PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a lower channel is provided, which can prevent rattle noise and reduce the cost by removing the protrusion of the foot structure. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a lower channel comprises a door panel and a lower channel(200). The upper end bolt hole and holder are separated from each other in the door panel. An insert bolt part(220) is formed to be coupled with a screwnut in one end of the lower channel. A protrusion is formed in the other end of the lower channel to be inserted into the hanging unit of the door panel.
