<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unwanted event detecting device detecting a state that an automatic sequence program originally unwanted and unrelated is accidentally started. <P>SOLUTION: Three automatic sequence programs are originally required such as, PRA, PRB and PRC. And their start-up times are T1, T2 and T3. The programs PRA, PRB and PRC and all operation history by manual operation of an operator are shown in operation history information 318. When automatic sequence information 317A, 317B and 317C of the respective programs and information corresponding to manual operation history information 319 are successively eliminated from the operation history information 318, unwanted sequence information 320 which does not correspond thereto is obtained after eliminating all of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
