The invention relates to high pressures engineering and can be used at study or working substances under static pressure for the purpose of producing high quality new components or substances. A device of working substances by high pressure contains a bed of hydraulic press and a high-pressure chamber, which consists of conical casings and conical punches. Space between the conical casings and conical punches is filled with a supporting substance. Hydraulic cylinders are radially located around the conical casings. The stocks of hydraulic cylinders contact with the supporting substance with possibility of changing its volumetric shape. Technical result: decrease of loading on the bed of hydraulic press.
