PURPOSE: An old/feeble person management system and a method thereof for including a hand-held old and a person terminal, a management server and an expert terminal are provided to support the recognition of the dementia patient and form the problematic behavior by using the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal comprises a location tracker, a dosing time alarm unit and a real-time expert indication alarm unit. An old/feeble person information monitoring unit(501) monitors old and feeble person information including the location information of old and feeble person. A feeble person data analysis module(503) generates the history information. An expert instruction transmit unit(507) transmits the instruction of expert to the portable terminal.
