PREPARATION METHOD OF ION SELECTIVE FIBROUS NANO-FORM USING HYPERBRANCHED POLYSTYRENE WITH REACTIVE ACRYLIC RESIN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ion selective fibrous nano-form using hyperbranched polystyrene with reactive acrylic resin is provided to manufacture high selective nano ion exchange fiber by introducing a sulfonic acid group to a radical copolymer blending composition and a hyperbranched polymer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ion exchange fiber includes the following steps: manufacturing high branched polystyrene; blending HPS with acrylic acid copolymer; sulfonating the blending resin; manufacturing fiber by spinning the sulfonated blending resin; and photocrosslinknig the spun fiber. A sulfonating process is formed by chlorosulfonic acid. The sulfonated blending resin is manufactured by electrospinning. The acrylic acid copolymer is copolymers of styrene and acrylic acid.
