PURPOSE: A noise suppressing device, a mobile phone, a noise suppressing method, and a recording medium are provided to continue a call while keeping noise suppressing performance immediately after changing a use type. CONSTITUTION: A state judging unit(21) of a case detects a use type of a noise suppressing device among a plurality of use types. An information conversion unit(25) converts use environment information into use environment information following a use type detected in the state judging unit of the case. The use environment information is used in a noise suppressing process about sound signals inputted from the first and second sound input units. The first and second microphone array processing units(26,27) perform a noise suppressing process about sound signals using the use environment information converted from the information conversion unit.
