PURPOSE: An LCD panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to obtain high transmitting and high reflecting features and a broad viewing angle. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel includes an array panel(100), an opposing board(200), and a liquid crystal layer(300). The array panel comprises a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode includes a transparent electrode including a reflecting electrode(160) and the first slit electrode. The opposing board comprises the first common electrode(231) including the second slit electrode. The opposing board corresponds to a reflecting area. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the array panel and the opposing board.
