PURPOSE: A valve for preventing an LPG fuel tank from being overcharged is provided to prevent overcharge and improve quality stability by opening and closing the flow of the fuel due to pressure. CONSTITUTION: A valve for preventing an LPG fuel tank from being overcharged comprises a housing(10), a flow valve(20), a back pressure valve(30), a plunger(40), an electronic valve(50), and a control device(60). The housing is composed of an inlet port(11), a conveying path(12) and an outlet port. The flow valve is installed inside the housing and opens and closes a conveying path. The back pressure valve is installed at one side of the flow valve at fixed intervals. The plunger is installed at the end of the back pressure valve. The end of the plunger is inserted into the electronic valve.
