PURPOSE: A fractional apparatus for skin care is provided to maximize skin care effect and efficiency of skin therapy. CONSTITUTION: A fractional apparatus for skin care comprises: a main body(100) which generates low frequency, high frequency, and ultrasonic wave and has a frequency generation unit; and a hand piece(200) which is connected to the frequency generation unit by a connection wire and transfers heat energy to the inside the skin. The hand piece comprises: an upper and lower case which is detachably coupled; a connection unit which is connected to the connection wire and is mounted inside the upper and lower case; and a fixing member for fixing plural needles.
