<p>A manufacturing method of a trim molding for vehicles is provided to minimize damage of the molding in the manufacturing process. A manufacturing method of a trim molding for a vehicle comprises a press blanking step, a press forming step, and an insert injection process. The press blanking step is performed by press blanking a stainless steel coil to form a stainless steel sheet(20). The press forming step is performed by bending an outer side of the stainless steel sheet. The insert injection process is performed by injecting synthetic resin onto both sides of the stainless steel sheet having bent parts formed thereon to form ribs(30).</p> |
