PURPOSE: A customer relationship management system using a mobile coupon and a method thereof are provided to enable a customer to get a discount through simple authentication of the mobile coupon for the convenient use of the mobile coupon. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(100) receives mobile coupons. Coupon service providing stations(200) realize use through authentication of the mobile coupons. A customer relationship management server(300) offers virtual machine program for offering a mobile coupon service. The customer relationship management server performs customer relationship management. |
