PURPOSE: A bee feed composition containing vinegar and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce feed costs used for bees, and to offer beneficial effects for preventing and treating Bacillus larvae, Ascosphaera apis and etc. CONSTITUTION: A bee feed composition for bees includes at least one component selected from a group consisting of pollen or pollen substitutes, sugar, and 0.01~5 weight% of vinegar based on the total weight of the bee feed composition. The vinegar is one component selected from a group including rice hull vinegar, oak vinegar, and bamboo vinegar. The pollen is at least one component selected from a group consisting of rape pollen, miscellaneous pollen, miscellaneous pollen, acorn pollen, Chinese gooseberry pollen, wild rose pollen, corn pollen and rice pollen.
