PURPOSE: A hybrid power device is provided, which can reduce parts according to integration of the start system and electric power system. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid power device comprises a bidirectional AC/DC converter(208) and a controller(212). The bidirectional AC/DC converter is connected between the generator and direct current-link capacitor(209). Moreover, the bidirectional AC DC converter changes three phase AC power source from the generator(207) into the DC power source after engine starting, and sanctions the power source to the direct current-link capacitor. The controller controls the generated output of the generator according to the total consumption power. Moreover, the controller controls the charge power of the battery according to the speed of rotation of the engine and total consumption power.
