PURPOSE: An air-conditioner having a sealing cap which tightly closes a common pipe service valve of an outdoor unit is provided to prevent the sealing cap from exploding due to rising of the pressure of the refrigerant which is inside the sealing cap. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a common pipe service valve(64), a sealing cap(70), and a welded material(80). The common pipe service valve is installed in an outdoor unit. The sealing cap is welded in the common pipe service valve and seals hermetically the common pipe service valve. A refrigerant outlet(72) is formed on the sealing cap. The welded material seals the refrigerant outlet and is located on the sealing cap. The welded material melts, when heating the sealing cap in order to separate the sealing cap from the common pipe service valve. When the lower-part of the sealing cap is obstructed, the refrigerant outlet is formed on the circumference of the sealing cap. |
