PURPOSE: A permanent operation method through functional permanent liquid is provided, which can suppress hair damage without the reduction of the straight and wave efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A permanent operation method through functional permanent liquid is constituted as follows. The first liquor for permanent is evenly applied on the hair and the hair of the scalp vicinity is wound immediately to the permanent rod. The wound hair is naturally dried for 5 minutes to 10 minutes. The thermal process is proceed by the tool which supplies gale after loading out for 5 minutes to 20 minutes. After stretching the hair of the part which is not wound, one second liquor selected from the sodium bromate formulation or the hydrogen peroxide formulation is spread evenly on the hair. The permanent surgical operation is proceed through the normal drying and shampoo process.
