PURPOSE: A carbon fiber heating wire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the carbon fiber from being damaged due to an external force by forming a fine gap between the carbon fiber and a sheath. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber heating wire includes a carbon fiber(11) and a sheath(12). The sheath surrounds the carbon fiber. The sheath is made of synthetic resin. A fine gap(20) is formed between the sheath and the outer surface of the carbon fiber and is an air gap or stripping agent. The stripping agent is coated on the outer surface of the carbon fiber. |
