<p>PURPOSE: A complex nano particle including a nano particle of an inorganic oxide and an outer cover of a transition metal oxide is provided to reduce the costs of manufacturing a pseudo capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A complex nano particle comprises a nano particle of an inorganic oxide, an outer cover of a transition metal oxide. The inorganic oxide is a compound selected from a group consisting of silica and alumina. The outer cover of the transition metal oxide partially covers the inorganic oxide. The transition metal oxide is a compound mixed with two substances selected from a group consisting of Ru, Os, Rh, Ir, Ti, Co, Ni, Rb, Mn, and V oxides. The complex nano particle has a diameter of 50~500 nanometers.</p> |
