PURPOSE: A method for measuring influence of contents and contents offering sites and a device thereof are provided to use scrap frequency and route of the contents to perform influence measurement with better reliability. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(730) stores scrap recovery information of contents. The contents are offered to internet users by a contents providing server. A communication unit(710) is reported the contents are scraped. A control unit(750) updates the scrap recovery information. The control unit measures influence of the contents.
