ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to extend the lifespan of a blue EL(Electro-Luminescence) layer by forming the blue EL layer with a double structure. CONSTITUTION: An anode is formed on a substrate(100). A cathode(120) is formed on the anode. A conductive line(130) is formed between the anode and the cathode and forms an electric field with the anode and cathode. The conductive line is a molten zinc plating line and has the thickness of 20 to 100 angstrom. A first blue EL layer(140) is formed between the anode and the conductive line. A second blue EL layer(150) is formed between the conductive line and the cathode.
