摘要 PURPOSE: A falling-prevention system of lifting arms is provided to prevent the lifting arm or a frame from falling by preventing a ball screw from rotating using a brake when a belt is broken. CONSTITUTION: A falling-prevention system of lifting arms comprises frames(110,120), ball screws(210,220), a driving source, a motor belt, screwnuts(410,420), a braking unit(600), a breaking detection sensor, and a falling-prevention control module. The motor belt interlinks pulleys(231,241) of the driving source and a ball screw. The screwnut is ascended and descended with the rotation of the ball screw. The braking unit compulsorily stops the rotation of the ball screw. The breaking detection sensor senses the breaking of the motor belt. The falling-prevention control module computerizes a sensing signal from the breaking detection sensor. If the motor belt is broken, the falling-prevention control module rotates the breaking unit and controls the rotation of the ball screw. The falling-prevention control module stops the drive of the driving source.
