The method involves extending a vertical wall section in a downward direction from a floor section to outside, and forming a housing element (A) with the vertical wall section, a horizontal wall section and the floor section. The element is tilted after hardening a material for extending the floor section in an upward direction. A casing is installed with multiple pipes and multiple connection boxes, and is made of cured material i.e. self-compacting concrete material. A horizontal plane for tunnel frame work is designed as a smooth surface. An independent claim is also included for a housing element comprising a smooth floor.
