CAPACITIVE TYPE STRUCTURE OF MULTI-TOUCH INPUT FOR ACQUIRING LOCATION AND INTENSITY OF FORCE AND MAKING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A touch input structure for measuring contact position / pressing force according to multi touch of an electrostatic capacitive type and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to block interference between the pressing force by including a filler between an upper plate and a lower plate. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode layer(112) is formed on one side of an upper plate(110). The upper plate is transformable through touch. A lower plate(120) is separated from the upper plate. A bottom electrode layer(122) facing to the upper electrode layer is formed on single-side of the lower plate. A bonding layer(130) is arranged on the circumference of the interval of the upper plate and the lower plate. The bonding layer connets the upper plate and the lower plate. A filler(140) is filled between the upper plate and the lower plate.
