A channel section, steel slide 13 secured centrally to the underside of a drawer (11) has inturned flanges 21 slidably engaged in longitudinal grooves 22 in a fixed guide rail 12, the rear end of the slide 13 being formed with transverse ribs 24-26 and the rear ends 27 of the flanges 21 being divergent with respect to the web 19 of the slide to define a lead-in for the guide 12. An upturned tab 14 is secured to the rear wall (15) of the drawer (11) and a front end tab (17) extending from the web 19 engages a slot in the front wall (18) of the drawer. Ranges of dimensions for component parts are specified. |
