DRYER OF COATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A drier for a coating apparatus of a foamed resin particle is provided to rapidly dry the foamed resin particle in which the surface of the coater is coated with a coating solution and to exhaust the foamed resin particle only in state that the coating solution is completely dried. CONSTITUTION: A drier for a coating apparatus of a foamed resin particle comprises a first drying furnace(41) and a second drying furnace(51) in which warm air outlets(41a,51c) are respectively included on the floor side. A coating solution spread on the surface is completely dried while passing through the second drying furnace. The foamed resin particle having relative low moisture content is raised on a position higher than a vent using warm air pressure and is exhausted through the vent using a transfer wing(52a). The foamed resin particle having relative high moisture content is raised on the position lower than the vent using the warm air pressure and is continuously dried through the warm air discharged from the floor side. The transfer wing is prepared in a transfer load(52) of the second drying furnace and has a network structure in which a plurality of through-holes are formed. The foamed resin particle having the bigger diameter than the through-hole is transferred to the vent by the transfer wing.
