PURPOSE: A conduction prevention support stand of a jack-up rig is provided to perform safe operation without shaking on top of a laminated multilayer by preventing the movement of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A conduction prevention support stand of a jack-up rig comprises a securing clip(100), a fixed supporter(200), a moveable support(300), and a free-wheeling support stand(400). The securing clip has a hole connected with a pipe, and a connecting bolt which clinches the inserted pipe. A push pin(220) for one-touch is installed on the fixed supporter. A hinge pin(210) passes through the fixed supporter. The moveable support rotates at the constant angle along with the hinge pin.
