PURPOSE: A multi-band antenna device is provided to improve directivity by including a choke structure as a corner reflector for a high frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A reflector(11) reflects a signal. A radiation unit includes a first radiator(14) for a low frequency band and a second radiator(16) for a high frequency band. A feeder(13) has a C shape and is arranged between a reflective plate and the first radiator. The feeding line of the feeder passes through the reflective plate. A choke structure(20) is formed by bending both sides of the edge of the first radiator.
