PURPOSE: A method and a system for controlling an air conditioning system of a vehicle using a bluetooth terminal and a car audio control module are provided to control an air-conditioner or a heater inside a vehicle using a bluetooth terminal by providing communication algorithm between an audio control module and the bluetooth terminal. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling an air conditioning system of a vehicle using a bluetooth terminal and a car audio control module comprises a bluetooth terminal(100) and a car audio control module(110). When the car audio control module inside the vehicle and the bluetooth terminal are wirelessly connected through bluetooth communications, the bluetooth terminal requests the transmission of air condition states of the vehicle to the car audio control module. The car audio control module receives the air condition state of the vehicle form an external air conditioner device control module(120) and transmits the air condition state of the vehicle to the bluetooth terminal.
